We operate across two core pillars: Cultural Education and Civil Construction. While these services are distinct, they are driven by the same overarching mission. Whether we are helping government agencies understand the cultural significance of the lands they work on, or providing local capability for major infrastructure projects, our goal is to bridge the gap between organisations and the Traditional Owners who have cared for this region for generations.

Our Team
Nathan Rosas
With over two decades of experience in Indigenous community engagement and government relations across the Northern Territory, Nathan is dedicated to improving opportunities for Indigenous communities. As a leader with Wardaman heritage and the current CEO of Wurli-Wurlinjang Aboriginal Health Service, Nathan expertly guides our strategic program delivery and cross-cultural communication. His background ensures our services provide practical, culturally aligned solutions for government agencies and the private sector.
May Rosas
May brings more than forty years of invaluable leadership in Indigenous health, education, training, and community services. As a Specialist Cultural Advisor and mentor, she delivers customised Cultural Awareness Training to government agencies, NGOs, and Aboriginal organisations throughout the Katherine region. Guided by her deep cultural knowledge, May is passionate about strengthening Indigenous participation and fostering culturally responsive service delivery.
Norman Rosas
A proud man of South Sea Islander and Aboriginal descent, Norman combines a strong practical background in mechanical trades and mining with extensive experience in community program management. His diverse leadership roles, which include working as a Program Manager with Mission Australia, showcase his ongoing dedication to quality outcomes and community support.
Dwayne Rosas
Dwayne is a respected Dagoman/Wardaman Lore man and elder with a rich career spanning civil construction, mining, and Indigenous engagement. His wealth of experience, including roles as a Community Liaison and the Executive Officer of Mimi Arts Centre, ensures our operations are grounded in authentic cultural knowledge. He is deeply committed to facilitating Indigenous employment programs and mentoring the next generation.
Abraham Rosas
As a proud Dagoman/Wardaman man from Katherine, Abraham serves as our leading Cultural Educator, delivering vital cultural education and support to students to foster school engagement and cultural pride. Alongside his extensive professional background managing teams as a qualified Cabinet Maker, Abraham is dedicated to sharing his cultural knowledge and supporting his community.
Naomi Tafunai
Born and bred in Katherine, Naomi is an Aboriginal Health Practitioner whose work is guided by the wisdom of her mother, a respected local elder. She has a deep passion for empowering the next generation, demonstrated through her mentoring work with the Stars Foundation program, where she supported young Indigenous girls in their school and cultural engagement.
Adrian Rosas
Adrian has a strong history of working alongside his family to deliver Cultural Awareness Training, helping to build understanding between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities. His diverse background—from delivering cultural education modules for Indigenous students to serving his community as a Constable with the NT Police—reflects his deep commitment to public service, safety, and cultural pride.
